I’m taking two classes at ACC this semester — ENG 2311 (Technical and Business Writing) and ETWR 1374 (Graphics for Business, Government, and Technical Information).  I expected I would find the writing class more fun, but I’m really having a good time playing with graphics in ETWR 1374.

Our Week 5 assignment was to format text for a flyer announcing an imagined Society of Technical Communications (STC) student chapter meeting.  The assignment said that we could “…use graphic elements that you think appropriate for this situation.”

I started thinking about graphic elements that might be appropriate for this situation, and did some Google image searches, and well…you can see the results by clicking on the thumbnail image to the right.
